EMCO

The EMCO Group develops and produces innovative high-tech machine tools for the metal-cutting industry. The product range is unique in Europe. From conventional turning and milling machines, through cycle-controlled machines, universal CNC turning machines, CNC milling centers, to CNC turning centers for economic complete machining: The EMCO Group provides the industry with custom-made, highly efficient solutions for all requirements.

The EMCO Group headquarters and central production facilities are located in Salzburg. There are also further production facilities in Germany and Italy, as well as corporate sales offices in Germany, Italy, the Czech Republic, the USA and Taiwan. EMCO is represented internationally in all major markets with over 144 sales and services offices. At the present time, the EMCO Group employs around 800 committed and well skilled employees.

The ET 420MCplus – two machines in one. Two main spindles, two counter-spindles, and two tool systems, allows the ET 420MCplus to machine two parts at the same time in each cycle. However you want to look at it, invest once and double your production rate or cut your runtimes in half. Twice as much output, but just the same input: the ET 420MCplus is just as easy to operate as a conventional CNC lathe.

EMCO Hyperturn 45

The new Hyperturn 45 is characterized by its dynamics and great flexibility. With two high-performance spindles, two tool turrets and a Y axis, it is designed to handle challenging production requirements with ease. Its compact dimensions and high static and dynamic rigidity provide the best possible conditions for manufacturing medium to large quantities of precision workpieces. It is particularly suited to use in general machinery and equipment engineering and also in the high-precision areas of medical technology and the jewelry industry.

The new HYPERTURN Series 2. A brilliant fusion of state-of-the art turning and milling technology – for highly productive, complete machining in a new dimension. The aim: to increase productivity when machining complex workpieces. The equipment: stateof-the-art, extremely dynamic, water-cooled spindle motors, with Y and B axes and the latest control and drive technology.

Machine flexibility is often sacrificed for the sake of productivity. Not with the HYPERTURN: with its high-performance and exceptionally mobile milling spindle and an almost inexhaustible tool magazine, the HYPERTURN can do nearly anything - and very quickly.
