The QV Apex Pro Series machines provide high speed and advanced lighting to enhance throughput in a production inspection application. These machines range from 200mm x 200mm x 200mm thru 600mm x 650mm x 250mm. This series introduces the LED based programmable lighting for not only intensity & angle but the color of the light as well.

Mitutoyo has introduced the new Stream and StreamPlus series machines to further speed up inspection times. The systems can show a 40% increase in throughput due to the ability of the machine to measure the part while the machine is moving. A conventional system has to stop to take the images to do the inspecting; the new QuickVision Stream series can capture the images while in motion. This allows the computer to post process the images at a much higher rate. All of this is possible and at no loss of accuracy.

| Mitutoyo's QV Accel Series has the ability to measure up to 2m x 2m. These products share all the abilities of the smaller systems but are typically configured for the circuit board / flat panel display technologies. |
