Monarch is one of the oldest and most well respected manufacturers of Vertical Machine Centers in the US. The vertical machining center you turn to when your application demands the best. All models in this line are now available with an articulating spindle for true 5 axis capability.

What about those projects where you don’t need 50 hp or positioning accuracies to +/-0.0001”? To better serve our customers, Monarch now offers two new lines of VMC’s – lower in price, with the same Monarch quality you can trust.

Mid-range Vertical Machining Centers: Offering high rigidity machine platforms with standard features other manufacuturers charge extra for. The mid-range machines are available in either a 40 or 50 tape spindle version. Glass scale feedback, temperature compensation and full enclosure chip shields with conveyors are all standard. Optional spindle speeds are available up to 24,000 rpm.

Value line Vertical Machining Centers: A series of machines featuring box way construction and Fanuc controls with table travels of 24” x 12” up to 80” x 43”. Prices start at under $40,000. Optional features such as spindle speed up to 20,000 rpm, 4th/5th axis tables, and tool & spindle probe further enhance the productivity options.
