Our newest member of the Lean family is the Lean-Veyor Wash System.  Engineered for lean/cellular manufacturing, the Lean-Veyor’s ergonomic and high energy design provides a wash and blow-off in one small package.  The Lean-Veyor simplifies maintenance through a common sense approach to component choice and placement for quick and efficient access and servicing.  It has sliding housing doors for easy interior access (NO GASKETS), stainless steel quick release spray risers, lift off door panels for easier maintenance and a pressure gauge at the filter to let the operator know when to change the bag in the filter.  The entire unit has been thoughtfully engineered and manufactured from the ground up to be flexible, durable, simple to use and easy to maintain.

Designed to fit into your cellular work area or the smaller production environment, the Lean-Jet Rotary Basket cleans using our patented washing and rinsing process of agitation, spray impingement, hydraulic purging through immersion, and heated blow-off drying.  The Lean-Jet is designed to be equipped with ultrasonics if desired.  Ransohoff's Immerso-Jet immersion cleaning process is superior to other cleaning systems because only filtered wash and rinse solution enters the cleaning chamber.  Your cleaned parts are never subjected to the dirty, unfiltered wash/rinse solutions associated with turbulated dip tank style systems.

The Lean-Jet Indexing Table cleans using high pressure spray wash, rinse and heated high pressure – high velocity blow-off drying.   This washer will clean small to medium size parts on a continuous basis at high production rates using a common load/unload vestibule.  Fully customizable automatic operation combined with the totally enclosed self-ventilation process and stainless steel construction, allow this washer to continually run in the industrial environment.

Ransohoff’s line of multi-tank ultrasonic cleaning systems, Aquarius, offers multi-stage cleaning capability in 3, 4, and 5 station configurations with tank capacity of up to 60 gallons.  Automated transfer of workloads to 200 pounds is provided by a robotic arm.  Process steps typically include ultrasonic cleaning, single or multiple stage rinsing, and a final drying.
