The TRAUB Product line consists of five types of machines. The TRAUB TNA line has an excellent reputation around the world when it comes to the machining of large chuck, shaft, and bar workpieces. These machines can be tailored to suit any particular requirement - prototype production, small and medium series production, or for use in a production line.
The TRAUB TNC line is intended for the economical complete machining of complex parts on a single machine. Turning and milling operations, as well as the implementation of other machining processes such as polygon turning, profile and flat milling, the production of special threads or the integration of laser machining, demonstrate the possibilities of this product line. It is available with different levels of equipment, with one or two tool carriers, and with or without counter spindle – you pay only for what you need.
The innovative concept of the compact CNC sliding headstock TRAUB TNL line assures a profitable production of highly precise, complex part families. The logical application of the building block system guarantees the optimal and part spectrum-specific configuration of the machine. Thereby, one only invests as much as is necessary.
The TRAUB TNX line offers a high performance turn mill center with up to 4 tool carriers. With a tooling capacity of up to 80 tools, these machines can simultaneously and independently machine, thereby offering the customer incredible flexibility.
With a chip to chip time of 0.55sec, the TRAUB TNK line offers high production rates due to simultaneous machining. This CNC single spindle bar automatic can have up to 3 tool carriers at the main and counter spindle, offers backworking for up to 5 tools, and a bar capacity of 36mm.
